Payment Terms and refund policy

• We accept full payment upon booking
• Up to 2 weeks before your arrival date the payment is 80% refunable, and 50% refunable if cancelled less than 2 weeks before youre arrival date. 25% will be refunded if you cancel 24 hours before the booking.
• Upon collection we will take £300 security deposit, this will be fully refunded 7 days after the security deposit is taken as long as when you return with the camper as long as there is no major damage casued to the vehicle.

Payment includes

• Insurance 1 driver in the camper who meets the required age and experience (21 – 75 y/o and been driving at least 2 years)
• Breakdown cover
• Gas for cooking
• Pots, pans, cutlery plates etc will be provided
• You will be given the camper with the fuel tank at least quarter full
• Unlimited milage for Premium campervans (Restricted milage for classic campervans)
• Free on-site parking

Payment does not include

• Toll fees – if you pass through the M50 toll we ask that you pay it online, we will charge £20 admin fee for unpaid tolls.
• Any extra cleaning required – if the campers are not left in a similar condition to the way they were found, an additional cleaning fee may apply. So please tidy up after yourselves!
• Out of hours collectoin/return

• You will be asked to provide pictures of your driving licenses of those eligable to drive prior to your booking.
• Two forms of ID shall be obtained for every driver. The following documentation is acceptable proof of address alongside one utility bill/statement; a) Council Tax bill/statement b) TV / internet/ landline telephone bill (including Sky/Virgin/BT etc) c) Bank Statement d) Credit Card Statement e) Mortgage Statement The proofs of address provided must be dated within 90 days of the hire date and have the same address appearing on the driving licence.

• Please note than our classsic vans are not new vans are may come with some of the ‘quirks’ of vans of their age.
