Bookings are 80% refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before the hire start date, 50% refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the hire start date, and non-refundable within 72 hours of the hire start date.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A £300 security deposit will be taken by debit card on collection and refunded within 7–10 days, provided the campervan is returned in the same condition and no damage has occurred. Please bring a bank card with you when collecting the campervan.
